Terms & license

The Neatwork Commercial Cleaning Marketing Kit is a digital download priced at $99 USD. Optional brand setup is an additional $150 USD. Checkout will show applicable taxes and the final total before payment.

What you receive

The bundle includes a browser editor, 30 before-and-after layouts, 15 testimonial layouts, five door-hanger layouts, an editable office sales kit, and setup instructions. Three stock sample photos are included under their original license, with credits. Your own project photos, genuine customer reviews, printing, ad spend, and ongoing marketing services are not included.

Single-business license

You may edit the templates and use exported materials to promote one business, online and in print, without a recurring license fee. A contractor may customize them for that business. Agencies need a separate purchase per client. You may not resell or redistribute the source templates or editor.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your claims and permission to use any photos, logos, customer quotes, or other content you add. Replace all instructional placeholders before publishing.

Optional brand setup

The service includes a text-based wordmark or application of an existing logo, a one-page color and type guide, and a saved kit project. One revision is included. Original illustration, trademark research, posting, and website design are outside scope. Delivery timing is confirmed before purchase.

Refunds and support

Stripe sandbox checkout is available for testing only. No real charge, file delivery, or service booking occurs. The seller will publish the live refund policy before accepting real orders.

Results and production

No leads, contracts, revenue, or advertising outcomes are promised. The proposal is a sales template, not a service agreement. Your printer must confirm dimensions, trim, bleed, hanging-hole placement, and stock before production.
